What can we do for you?
Training
We are balanced trainers with wide-ranging experience. We have spent years working at a leading behavioural modification and training facility in Auckland which has given us an insight into most training and behavioural problems.
We offer 1 on 1 training sessions to help customers with a range of different issues ranging from basic obedience and intergrating a new dog into your household to behavioural training. If your dog has severe behavioural issues or aggression your dog may need further training. We are happy to assess this and refer you to suitable further training options with other trusted trainers.
Puppy consultations $80/hr (suitable for 5.5 months or under). Puppy training usually takes between 1-1.5 hours.
Private consultations $100/hr
- we usually recommend a 1.5 hour session for initial consultation as this allows us to talk you through effective dog-owner communication, address any questions that you may have, and also start teaching you leash basics. Sessions can sometimes take up to 2 hours, depending on your dog's needs. Additional time is billed at $50/half an hour.
- great if you want some targeted help for specific issues, or even support in doing things you want to do but don't have the confidence to.
- good option if your dog has behavioural problems such as (but not limited to): separation anxiety, insecurity, reactivity on and off leash, territorial behaviours, but also obedience and dealing with stubborn and independent dogs.
- please be aware that if you have a multiple dog household, you will need to book in a minimum 2 hour session. Dog relationships can be complex, and have a bearing on your dogs' other behaviours. In order to best help you, we need to allow time to look at each dog.
For private consultations we can meet at a mutually agreed location, or we can come to you. Please note that if you are further than 20km from us, a mileage fee may be applied.
Kennelling
We have purpose-made crates for comfort and safety of all our dog-guests. We run pack 7 days a week, so you can rest easy knowing that your dog will be getting plenty of exercise and social time while you're away.
$35/night. At present time, we are only kennelling dogs that attend daycare regularly, or kennel with us on a regular basis. All dogs must be crate trained in order to kennel.
If you need kennelling for a puppy, we may be able to help (depending on age and size of your pup). Puppies need to be crate trained (or in the process of being crate trained), and fully vaccinated. Kennelling puppies is $60/night due to additional care required.
Pick up/Drop offs: Monday-Friday between 7.30 - 9 am and 4 - 5.30pm, Saturday 8-9am, Sunday 4-5pm or by prior arrangement. Please text or call 0211245262 or 02102992096 on arrival
Daycare
We also offer a limited spaces daycare Monday-Friday. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we limit our daycare number to a maximum of 15 dogs.
Please note that we do not offer "casual" daycare. Our primary goal is to provide a place of structure, boundaries, and appropriate socialization for all the dogs we take care of, which requires consistency.
If you would like to arrange a trial day, please send us a contact form and we will be in touch.
$25/day regular daycare , $20/day for "frequent fliers" 3+ days a week. In order to attend daycare, your dog must have attended a trial day.

Socializing Camp
If your dog has attended a daycare trial and was not deemed a good fit, we might be able to help get their social skills up to scratch through a targeted socializing boot-camp.
This is a specialized service for people whose dogs need a little more help integrating into a pack, or in building confidence. If your dog has been attacked and is displaying defensive behaviours, over excitement around dogs, or has missed key socializing periods during their development, this could help.
Socializing Camp is best suited for dogs under 2 years of age, or for dogs who have not been displaying anti-social behaviours for more than 6 months.
If your dog has not had much socializing with other dogs, or perhaps not appropriate socialization, this is a good way for them to learn proper dog etiquette and polite ways to approach other dogs. Your dog will still need to attend a trial day for us to assess whether Social Camp is a suitable option for them, and the length of their stay. This program is not suitable for dogs displaying severe aggression towards people or dogs. Attending Socializing Camp does not guarantee a spot in our daycare, however it will give your dog a good baseline to attend most daycares. Your dog must be crate trained in order to be eligible for Socializing Camp.

Starting point for SC is usually around 5 days. The dogs will kennel with us for that time
The cost is $80/day and includes a 1 hour private 'hand-over' session at the end, where we give you feedback on your dogs' behaviour, recommendations going forward, as well as access to our House Management guide.
We also usually post updates on social media where you can see how your dog is progressing.
Honest and Trustworthy
We care about your dog's safety and well-being. We will always be honest with you because believe that the key to building a meaningful relationship (whether with our customers, or with dogs) is through clear and open communication.
This means that sometimes our feedback will be bringing your attention to issues you might not be aware of, or things that could be worked on. This goes both ways - we are always willing to hear your concerns and questions.
